Wilson Fearnall has been instrumental in the delivery of this project of four 55kW Endurance E3120 wind turbines on a hillside just outside the village of Crawshawbooth in Lancashire. The scheme has been developed in partnership with the wind turbine manufacturer and three local farming families.

As well as advising on the legal arrangements between the parties, Wilson Fearnall has prepared and overseen the two planning applications required for the project, as well as undertaking the variation and discharge of all relevant conditions with Rossendale Borough Council pre-construction.

During the construction phase Wilson Fearnall continued to act as a liaison between the partners, main contractor and local electricity network operator to help ensure delivery of the scheme in a timely manner.
