Land Purchase

Published On: November 20th, 2013Categories: Case Studies

Our farming client wished to purchase 30 acres of land, adjacent to their holding in Shropshire, in order to expand the existing business.  Wilson Fearnall carried out a financial assessment of the current business to explore the feasibility of this acquisition.

Once the viability had been established future budgets and cash flow projections for the revised farming business were prepared in order to secure the necessary finance for the purchase.  Wilson Fearnall lead the formalities between accountants, valuers and the bank so that the client could remain focussed on the day to day requirements of the farm.

A competitive finance package was negotiated after a range of offers from different lenders was received and the successful purchase was completed within three months.
